Poetry
Sometimes when a scripture becomes familiar to us, we lose some of the wonder. In most Bible versions, Eph 2:10 says we are God’s masterpiece, His handiwork. I love how the Passion translation brings another perspective to say we have become God’s poetry.
We have become his poetry, a re-created people that will fulfill the destiny he has given each of us, for we are joined to Jesus, the Anointed One. Even before we were born, God planned in advance our destiny and the good works we would do to fulfill it.

Not only were we set up for success with a good destiny and the good works He prepared for us to do and walk in the fullness of His plan for our lives… we are the very evidence and accomplishment of a God who created us to be a masterpiece, a majestic work of art, an elaborate flourish, a symphony of wonder, an eloquent poem… all created to reflect JESUS.

Yes… you are poetry. A true masterpiece, a lovely and priceless work of art, a sight to behold… designed and created and purposed to fulfill the incredible destiny He has for you.
